Michael Meadowcroft is the former MP for Leeds West and was previously the Leader of the Liberal Group on Leeds City Council for 13 years. Since 1990 he has been in considerable demand as a consultant to new and emerging democracies and has led or been a member of fifty missions to thirty-five different countries. Rob Wheway is a former Coventry City and Wyre Forest District Councillor. From the mid-1980s until 2015 he  held various elected positions within the Liberal Party at national and regional level. His contact details can be found on the homepage.
